What information is stored

We store your full name, email, phone number, selected enquiry context, timestamps and the privacy notice version accepted.

How we use your information

Alan Dynamics uses your information to manage your client profile and process your non-binding project enquiry. It helps us understand your plans and prepare a possible collaboration. Registration does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Your access to the client area

Registration takes place directly with Alan Dynamics without ChatGPT sign-in. An essential protected cookie provides access on this device for 30 days. Email and phone are not verified during registration and are not login credentials. Signing out ends this access.

Visibility and technical delivery

Your profile and project details are not public. Your client area only provides access to the profile linked to your session. The site runs on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. New registrations, contact detail changes and saved project enquiries are also emailed to the responsible person at Alan Dynamics via Resend. This includes the contact and project details you entered, the action and its timestamp; never session cookies or access tokens. This notification is not a newsletter subscription or a confirmed appointment.

Content, cookies and advertising tracking

This website does not embed Meta pixels, Google Analytics scripts or advertising trackers. Images are served by the website itself. The platform may use essential cookies for sign-in and access. Describing platforms such as Shopify or Meta on service pages does not connect to your accounts on those platforms.

Language, learning progress & website check

Your language choice is stored in a cookie on this device for up to one year. Checklist and Academy progress stay locally in this browser and can be removed through browser data settings. The website check retrieves the public address entered and technical DNS data; the URL is not stored in a client database. A temporary technical limit prevents excessive requests. The checked website’s provider receives a technical request.

Booking through Cal.com

The contact page embeds a Cal.com booking calendar. Loading the calendar connects to Cal.com. Details entered for a booking are processed by Cal.com and made available for appointment management. An Alan Dynamics client account is not required. Availability, timezone and booking confirmation are displayed in the calendar. Cal.com privacy information

Market Desk / TradingView

Marktdaten-Module werden erst nach einem Klick auf „Marktdaten laden“ eingebunden. Dabei entsteht eine Verbindung zu TradingView; der Anbieter erhält insbesondere deine IP-Adresse und technische Browserdaten. Die Datenverarbeitung des Anbieters ist in seiner Datenschutzerklärung beschrieben. Mit „Daten trennen“ werden die eingebetteten Module entfernt. Deine Watchlist, gespeicherte Dual-View-Einstellungen und freiwillige Alan-Lens-Recherchenotizen bleiben ausschließlich im lokalen Speicher dieses Browsers; sie werden nicht an Alan Dynamics gesendet und kann durch Entfernen der Favoriten oder Löschen der Browserdaten gelöscht werden.
